Vice Mayor Mike Rama the Chairman of Sinulog Foundation, Inc. announced that all contingents from Sinulog sa Kabataan sa Lalawigan and tomorrow Sinulog sa Dakbayan competitions, win or not win are eligible to join the Grand Mardigra this coming January 17, 2010

  • Second: Santa Filomena Elementary School – Alegria Cebu
  • Third: North City Central School – West Toledo District, Toledo City
  • Fourth: Cambanay and DT Elementary School – Danao City
  • Fifth: Bogo City Delegation – Bogo City

SECONDARY DIVISION
